I will work to keep property taxes low, limit unnecessary government spending, and ensure county budgets are transparent and fiscally responsible. Strong families are the foundation of a strong community. I will advocate for policies that help families stay in Dare County, including smart growth, infrastructure that keeps pace with development, and services that support children, parents, and seniors alike.

Dare County is home to many veterans, including those moving here to retire or start a new chapter. I will work to:
- Establish a dedicated Veterans Center in Dare County
- Create or fund a full-time veterans services coordinator to help veterans navigate benefits, healthcare, housing, and employment
